Meet Our Interior Designers Salt Lake City: Holly Soter

Meet Holly Soter

Q: Can you please talk about your background?
A: I have worked at Ivy Interiors for over 20 years now. I have enjoyed putting design ideas together for countless clients. I have enjoyed seeing the styles change over the years and navigating customers through a design style that is unique and individual to them.

Q: What made you want to become an interior designer?
A: I am OCD about small details. I love to put a personal spin on design whether it’s adding pieces that you have collected on vacation or working with family heirlooms. I believe your home should have a story!

Q: What currently inspires you?
A: What inspires me is all the talented designers I work with, every one of them can bring something different and exceptional to a project at any given time.

Q: What is your favorite 2018 design trend?
A: I will always be true to organic as my favorite style trend: neutral pallets, petrified wood tables, fur pillows, metals, stone .. Anything that comes from the earth paired with classic painted brick.

Q: If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
A: Italy — I can’t get enough of the old history, true serenity. I want a gelato right now just thinking about it!

Q: If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
A: To be able to heal hearts when they have been broken.

Interior Designers Salt Lake City

When you’re renovating your home, you need designers you can trust. Whether it’s a single room or the entire house, you need someone who will preserve your vision and bring it to life.

At Ivy Interiors, we have the greatest interior designers Salt Lake City has to offer. And we think it’s important that you learn a little bit more about us.

Experience Matters

When you’re hiring designers, let’s face it: experience matters. Any company can claim to be the best, but how can you know what you’re really getting into?

At Ivy Interiors, we have the experience you need. Put together, we have nearly a hundred years of experience as designers. And we’re happy to draw upon our experience and deliver you a final design product that is better than anything you could have imagined.

Endless Possibilities

We firmly believe that good design is an organic process. It’s a matter of bringing your vision to life and reshaping a space from the ground up.

Because of that, though, you don’t just need a team who can take on your initial vision. You need a team who respects your intuition and can deliver any changes and innovations to the overall design that you end up coming up with.

That’s why our interior designers Salt Lake City do a little bit of everything. We can help with color coordination just as easily as we can with layout planning. And we’re just as good at furniture placement as we are with fabric selection.

No matter where your vision takes you, we have a team that can bring it to life!

More Than a Customer

When you need to hire a designer, anyone can treat you as a customer. But Ivy Interiors knows how to treat you as family.

We understand that our success comes from truly understanding our clients. You’re not just a customer: you’re our partner while we work together to create the home of your dreams.

Don’t settle for being just a customer. Come work with Holly and our other designers over to Ivy Interiors and become part of our family!
